Privacy Policy
This policy explains what RESPAWN ROOM, a night computer club open from 20:00 to 06:00, does with the small amount of information you hand us when you book a wave or sit down to play. We collect little, keep it briefly, and never sell it. Plain language, no fine print traps.
Wave 1 — What we collect
When you fill in the “Join a wave” form we receive your name, email address, chosen date, the wave you want, and whether you would like a blanket. That is the whole list. We do not ask for identity documents, payment details are handled at the desk and never stored on this site, and we do not build profiles about how you play.
- Booking details you type into the form.
- Basic technical logs your browser sends to any website (kept only for security).
- Cookie consent — a single flag that remembers you dismissed our cookie notice.
Wave 2 — How we use it
Your booking details are used for one thing: holding a station for you on the night you asked for. We may email you if a wave is full or the floor is closed for maintenance. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not pass your details to advertisers or data brokers. Bookings sit in a private file that only floor staff can read.
Wave 3 — Cookies & your choices
This site uses a single functional cookie, stored under the key
respawnroom_cookie_consent_v1, together with a matching entry in your browser’s local
storage. Its only job is to remember that you accepted this notice so the banner stops appearing.
No tracking cookies, no third-party pixels, no cross-site advertising. Clear your browser storage
and the flag is gone; the banner simply returns on your next visit.
You can ask us to delete a booking you made through the form at any time — email us and it is removed. Because we hold so little, there is rarely much to remove, which is exactly how we like it.
